Brad Cullman, President

Brad brings over 25 years of marketing experience and leadership to the C-3 Group. He has been involved in the marketing efforts of firms like Anthem Insurance,Lexis-Nexis, Iams (now a division of Mars, Inc.), Wright State University, Dayton Dragons Baseball, The United States Air Force Museum and many others.

Brad founded The C-3 Group in 2008 with the vision to build an advertising and marketing firm based on a results-driven philosophy accelerated through brand building and the integration of traditional marketing and new technologies. Brad brings a wealth of experience in marketing research and strategy, media, public relations and other marketing disciplines.

April Pollock, Vice President

April has been with The C-3 Group since 2010, specializing in the execution of integrated marketing communications for both B2B and B2C clients. A creative problem solver and strategic thinker, April has over 13 years of extensive experience in interactive marketing, including brand development, thought leadership, web design, SEM, strategy and more. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand a company’s reach, using both critical and creative thinking to solve complex needs.

As Vice President, April generates new business relationships while ensuring that existing clients continue to flourish. She ensures that client goals are met and the team’s deliverables exceed client expectations. April has been instrumental in helping clients find solutions to marketing challenges through the implementation of strategy and tactics based upon sound theory and measurable creative executions.

Her passions include developing and executing business strategy, building relationships, connecting people and helping clients grow. Key areas of experience include minority- and woman-owned businesses, non-profit organizations, government contractors and state and federally funded initiatives.

Kathy Royer, Creative Director

Kathy has been a creative professional for over 25 years and a creative director at several agencies over the last 15 years.

During that time, she has designed and directed award winning projects for a wide variety of clients including Huffy Corporation, Miami Valley Regional Bicycle Council, Titleist & Footjoy Worldwide, Iams/Eukanuba/Iams Veterinary Formulas pet foods, LexisNexis, ACCO Brands, The US Air Force and The College Board.

Kathy brings a broad range of experience across many creative disciplines: branding, identity, graphic design, web design, video and animation.
