C-3 GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW OWNERSHIP
Dayton, Ohio — C-3 Group has announced that April Pollock, a co-founder of the advertising and marketing agency, has purchased the company from Brad Cullman and assumed the role of president. Pollock most recently served as C-3 Group vice-president and was named partner in 2016.
“It is bittersweet, for sure,” said Cullman. “It was a very difficult decision but, for a number of personal reasons, it was time for me to step aside. However, there’s no one else I can think of better to hand over the reins to than my friend and partner of more than 10 years, April Pollock. I have all the confidence in the world in April’s ability to lead C-3 to continued success and to an even brighter future.”
Cullman said he will remain with the company in an executive consultant role.
“I am humbled and thrilled to be in this position at this time in my life,” said Pollock. “Brad helped us build a solid foundation with an amazing team of talented individuals.”
One recent development, according to Pollock, is C-3 Group is now the exclusive agency partner in the region for a new audio beacon technology with extensive marketing, entertainment and inventory applications.
Pollock also plans to apply for certified woman-owned business status which will open up even more opportunities for the agency.
“This is a very exciting time for C-3, and I am embracing every minute of it,” she said.
